Why do we find it so difficult to tolerate REALITY?
- Because REALITY has two sides, and since we are ‘disconnected’ from seeing both, we are left with only one side: ILLUSION.
- ILLUSION is seeing only one side and saying that it is EVERYTHING.
- But life goes hand in hand with Reality: it is beautiful and ugly, it is heavy and light!
- Everything is and is not!
- Everything that begins starts small and grows. And when it is ‘big’, we perceive it better, but it is already on the eve of its end…
- Everything that reaches its peak will run out and start again on the other side.
- Reality has two sides: the internal and the external, the rational and the emotional, etc.
- Life has two movements: it rises and falls, opens and closes, goes and returns, pulsates and oscillates.
- What characterises the REAL is a whole in motion. The Real is always in motion, unfolding, flowing, oscillating.
- Those who are trapped in ILLUSION do not move forward, do not unfold.
- ILLUSION wants to see only one point, one part, one side.
- Everything begins with stories. We are made of stories.
- The beginning of a person is a story, which is told, invented, amplified.
- And we tell stories in an attempt to explain what happened.
- It is not REALITY, it is not EVERYTHING. It is half lie and half truth.
- It is an exaggerated narration of a fact, which becomes MYTH. That is, a fictional version.
- ‘Whoever tells a story adds a detail’.
- Myth is a symbolic tale, handed down from generation to generation, distorted and amplified. Generally amplifying the qualities and distorting and/or excluding the flaws.
- Myth is like the moon. We only see one side of it.
- No matter what the person says, it is not real. It is half, it is myth.
- When we live a myth, we live an exclusion, a distortion of REALITY.
- In the area of Life that we paralyse or in which we do not evolve, we live an ILLUSION.
- Still on the subject of Reality and Life, it is important to know that where there are ‘unsolvable’ problems that are passed down from generation to generation, it is a ‘MYTHICAL PROBLEM’. It has a useful function in its system, defending it from facing REALITY and LIFE.
- Myth is a factory that creates unsolvable problems, because the solution lies in the WHOLE, in what has been excluded, in what has not been said, not been told. And life, in order to function well, must be whole, otherwise it remains impaired.
- In ILLUSION, in myth, Life is reduced to fictional characters, without vitality, without oscillations and fluctuations (order/disorder). It is reduced to hero or victim, healthy or sick, etc.
- Example: the figure of the hero is a person who excludes their own limitations and difficulties. And the figure of the victim is the person who has increased/magnified their own limitations (ah! I can’t do it!).
- People who live close to REALITY are well aware of their own limitations and abilities!
SOME QUESTIONS:
- When do we have a problem?
- When does a problem arise?
- When does the problem persist, remain?
POSSIBLE ANSWERS:
- The problem arises when we look for it. If you pay attention to the problem, you will create a problem.
- We must have active contact with the SOLUTION. When I look for the SOLUTION, I immediately get out of the problem. We must focus on the REAL and on the SOLUTION, so I look for a way forward.
- We must not examine the problem too much, because diagnosis takes you closer to the problem, but not to the solution.
- The solution is generally independent of where the problem is located.
- The solution is to be in contact with REALITY and LIFE.
- SO KNOW THE REAL AND INTEGRATE YOURSELF INTO LIFE
- EVERY DAY WE MUST LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS, BECAUSE EVERY DAY WE HAVE MORE EVENTS (BUT THEY ARE NOT PROBLEMS).
- REALITY PRESENTS EVENTS. LIFE PRESENTS CHALLENGES.
