Why do we have such a hard time tolerating the REAL?
- Because the REAL has two sides and as we are “disconnected” to see both sides, we are left with only one side: the ILLUSION.
- ILLUSION is seeing only one side and saying that it is the WHOLE.
- But life walks along with the Real: it's beautiful and ugly, it's heavy and light!
- Everything is and is not!
- Everything that starts, starts small and grows. And when it's "big" is that we understand better, but, it's already on the eve of ending...
- Everything that reaches the maximum point will exhaust and start on the other side.
- The Real has two sides: the internal and the external, the rational and the emotional, etc.
- Life has two movements: it goes up and down, opens and closes, comes and goes, pulsates and oscillates.
- What characterizes REAL is a set in motion. The Real is always in movement, unfolds, flows, oscillates.
- Those who are trapped in ILLUSION do not move forward, do not unfold.
- ILLUSION wants to see only one point, one part, one side.
- It all starts with the stories. We are made of stories.
- The beginning of a person is a story, which is told, invented, increased.
- And we tell stories in an attempt to explain what happened.
- It's not the REAL, it's not the WHOLE. It's half a lie and it's half true.
- It is an exaggerated narration of a fact, which becomes a MYTH. In other words, a fictional version.
- “He who tells a tale, adds a point.”
- The myth is a symbolic account, passed from generation to generation, deformed and enlarged. Generally amplifying the qualities and deforming and/or excluding the defects.
- Myth equals the moon. We only see one side of it.
- It doesn't matter what the person says, it's not Real. It's half, it's a myth.
- Where we experience a myth, we experience exclusion, a distortion of the REAL.
- In the area of Life that we paralyze or do not evolve, we live in an ILLUSION.
- Also regarding Reality and Life, it is important to know that where there are “unsolvable” problems that pass from generation to generation, it is a “MYTHICAL PROBLEM”. Which plays a useful role in your system, defending you from dealing with REAL and LIFE.
- Myth is a factory for building a problem without a solution, this because the solution is in the WHOLE, in what was excluded, in what was not spoken, was not told. And life, in order to function well, needs to be whole, otherwise it becomes crippled.
- In ILLUSION, in myth, Life is reduced to fictitious characters, without vitality, without oscillation and fluctuation (order/disorder). He is reduced to hero or victim, healthy or sick, etc.
- Example: the hero figure is a person who excludes his own limits, his difficulties. And the figure of the victim is the person who has increased/enlarged his limits (ah! I can't!).
- People who live close to the REAL know well their limits and capabilities!
SOME QUESTIONS:
- When do we have a problem?
- When does a problem appear?
- When does the problem persist, does it remain?
POSSIBLE ANSWERS:
- Problem appears when we are looking for a problem. If you pay attention to a problem, it will create a problem.
- We need to have active contact with the SOLUTION. When I seek SOLUTION, I immediately leave the problem. We have to be focused on the REAL and on the SOLUTION, so I look for a way forward.
- We don't need to look into the problem too much, because the diagnosis takes you more to the problem, not to the solution.
- The solution is usually independent of where the problem is.
- The solution is to be in touch with REAL and LIFE.
- THEREFORE GET TO KNOW THE REAL AND INTEGRATE INTO LIFE
- EVERY DAY WE HAVE TO LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS, BECAUSE EVERY DAY WE HAVE MORE EVENTS (BUT THEY ARE NOT PROBLEMS).
- THE REAL PROPOSES EVENTS. LIFE PROPOSES CHALLENGES.
